Jacob was amazing. The whole group at Flood Co. were so responsive and helpful in taking care of the smoke damage to my parents condominium. They came the same day I called to do a walk-through of the apartment and we put together a plan. By the next day they were removing the rugs to have them cleaned, cleaning all the upholstery and starting an ozone treatment. When that was finished, they came back and helped get the last remnants of the smell out of the unit. Highly recommend them.

I was lost on who to call when my basement bedroom flooded. My neighbors also had floods and I saw Flood Co vans parked outside their homes. I called and had someone at my door within 20 minutes. They came in did an assessment and even offered to clear my bedroom out for me. They came in quickly went to work taking care of the flooding, assessing the damages and brought fans in. They helped me pack up my room, took all the garbage away for me and moved furniture and boxes out. They were great to work with and had great attitudes.

The FLOOD co. Has been fabulous to work with! They have been so efficient. We had awful long flowing water damage and some mold. They cut everything out and left air scrubbers to keep us safe. I was shocked at how clean they left everything too! Very impressed with their employees. We are all set for the next phase of putting things back together!

I discovered water in my basement after heavy rainfall and called The Flood Co. They responded quickly and came out the same day to assess and provide an estimate. The next morning, Memo and his crew showed up and took care off everything: removed remaining water, cleaned up the mess, carefully removed damaged woodwork and drywall and set up drying and dehumidifying equipment. They left my home in great shape. Communication and expectations were clear throughout the process and the work was done to my satisfaction. Highly recommend.
