I woke up to my basement being flooded due to a hose being left on overnight and called ASAP. I had meant to call another company but called the Flood Co by mistake. It was a great mistake! I was SO impressed with the Flood co! They arrived at my home VERY quickly to assess the damage, gave me a quote on site and had someone out the next day to remove the damage. The workers were awesome, thorough and on time. Not only that, the Flood Co. offers a one stop shop not only damage removal but repair as well. Their people communicated plans to me very well, kept their schedule that was communicated to me and went above and beyond. We had a great experience with the Flood co.. From the owners to the subs, we were treated well. They really went the extra mile in helping us with the insurance claim and expediting, what is normally a very slow process with insurance companies these days.

we had chris come after we had a water line break and he was awesome. he talked us through everything, then he removed all the damaged material and put up dehumidifier’s and fans and got us all taken care of at 1:00 in the morning

Great response to our leak problem! They had enough muscle on hand to move big cabinets out of the way. Found area of leak however not a source. We figured it out looking forward to the restoration!

Came home to a water leak in the kitchen, buckling the wood floors, moisture up the walls, under the tiles. We had a hose bib burst inside the home. First time for everything. After contacting my insurance agent he directed us the The Flood Co for our next step. They were AMAZING! After our initial call The Flood Co representative said he’d be out 30-40 minutes. This was almost 7pm. He showed up and quickly located the issue. He had also called his workers who showed up a short time later to start removing all of the furniture and such. Was super helpful to have them take care of all the stress and workings to get us on the road to recovery. Would highly recommend them for your flood disasters

It’s the first day of remediation after one of our water lines burst while we were asleep last night. Chris and his team were here first thing this morning. He has kept us informed of each step in the process. We feel confident that our water problem is being professionally resolved.

The Flood Co. saved our bacon today! Our sewer backed up into our basement, every room was effected. Memo, Chris and the crew came in and quickly began the clean up and removal process. They have been professional and courteous, in all ways, including; making sure to protect the flooring and walls leading to the exterior of the home, keeping us in the loop as their work progressed throughout the day and explaining how to proceed with the claim process. Their team was very friendly and patient. We couldn't have asked for a better crew to help us through this trying time.

Chris and Blake were so quick and prompt in their responses via phone and text. Chris offered to take pictures and gave me advice on the best way to approach drying out our basement. I am so grateful for The Flood Co and their awesome employees!! We got home Sunday afternoon from a 3 day, beautiful , peaceful camping trip, opened the door to a big whoosh of steam… a flooded basement, saturated walls and dripping ceilings. So helpful! Our hose to our washing machine burst and water flooded the room below our laundry room...in our new home. It ran down the walls and went through the floor vents. This company came right out and helped. A few days later, after the hose was replaced, we ran the washer again and for another reason, it leaked again. They brought their fans right back out and dried out the room again. Great to work with!
