The FLOOD co. Has been fabulous to work with! They have been so efficient. We had awful long flowing water damage and some mold. They cut everything out and left air scrubbers to keep us safe. I was shocked at how clean they left everything too! Very impressed with their employees. We are all set for the next phase of putting things back together!

I discovered water in my basement after heavy rainfall and called The Flood Co. They responded quickly and came out the same day to assess and provide an estimate. The next morning, Memo and his crew showed up and took care off everything: removed remaining water, cleaned up the mess, carefully removed damaged woodwork and drywall and set up drying and dehumidifying equipment. They left my home in great shape. Communication and expectations were clear throughout the process and the work was done to my satisfaction. Highly recommend.

I woke up to my basement being flooded due to a hose being left on overnight and called ASAP. I had meant to call another company but called the Flood Co by mistake. It was a great mistake! I was SO impressed with the Flood co! They arrived at my home VERY quickly to assess the damage, gave me a quote on site and had someone out the next day to remove the damage. The workers were awesome, thorough and on time. Not only that, the Flood Co. offers a one stop shop not only damage removal but repair as well. Their people communicated plans to me very well, kept their schedule that was communicated to me and went above and beyond. We had a great experience with the Flood co.. From the owners to the subs, we were treated well. They really went the extra mile in helping us with the insurance claim and expediting, what is normally a very slow process with insurance companies these days.

we had chris come after we had a water line break and he was awesome. he talked us through everything, then he removed all the damaged material and put up dehumidifier’s and fans and got us all taken care of at 1:00 in the morning

Highly recommend this company to anyone dealing with mold. They were so professional and efficient. We have a daughter that has a severe mold allergy and they were very sensitive towards this and went the extra mile to make sure they were thorough and that we felt comfortable with the end results.

Great response to our leak problem! They had enough muscle on hand to move big cabinets out of the way. Found area of leak however not a source. We figured it out looking forward to the restoration!

Came home to a water leak in the kitchen, buckling the wood floors, moisture up the walls, under the tiles. Chris and crew were there quickly, worked very professionally to dry things out, and were personable and able to answer all our questions. We had a hose bib burst inside the home. First time for everything. After contacting my insurance agent he directed us the The Flood Co for our next step. They were AMAZING! After our initial call The Flood Co representative said he’d be out 30-40 minutes. This was almost 7pm. He showed up and quickly located the issue. He had also called his workers who showed up a short time later to start removing all of the furniture and such. Was super helpful to have them take care of all the stress and workings to get us on the road to recovery. Would highly recommend them for your flood disasters
