Our main water line connection broke inside our house the evening before Father's Day. I made a desperate call to The Flood Co. for help and spoke to Blake who needed to see where a team was before he could let me know when they could arrive at my home. Blake called me back quickly (10 minutes?) and a team was at my home in Heber within 2 hours. Memo and Mogli got straight to work. Memo did an excellent job of keeping me informed of their steps and also educated me on the insurance process. They were polite and respectful of our home. They stayed until 11:15ish p.m., making sure they took care of everything they could that night. On Monday, Seth (another The Flood Co. employee) came with Mogli. Once again, professional and respectful. They were then able to better assess the water damage, finish the mitigation process, and get my home drying out. When my insurance claims adjuster called, Seth helped me answer her questions. When the call was finished, he educated me more about the interactive process with the insurance company. I've been very impressed with the whole The Flood Co. team. Even though I hope that no one will be in a situation to need their services, I highly recommend them if you do. You'll feel like you have a partner with them who is interested in your best outcomes.
Very prompt response after water damage from leaky pipe upstairs. They also connected me with really awesome contractor to redo the bathroom and now I have an amazing bathroom.
These guys were great!! Called for a leak we we came home to that destroyed our bathroom, Blake and crew got right on it. Blake dealt with insurance company so I did not have to! They got it all approved to fix and were great to work with. Give them a call they will take care of you.
The day before we closed on our house, we had a toilet overflow and cause damage to carpet and leak downstairs causing ceiling damage. I called the flood company and they had someone out in 2 hours. they the clean up down in 3 days and the complete repairs done within a week and a half. very good service with good communication. would def use again.
Daryl and his company are amazing and thorough! He really eased my concerns after we had some flooding in our basement from all the rain lately. He gave us great tips to prevent future floods as well, and answered all our questions. They were fast to get out here and get the job done. So grateful for them! Definitely recommend this company!! Daryl came out to our home to check for mold and water damage after we had some flooding from the recent storms. In addition to checking on the above mentioned issues, he gave us some great tips to help prevent future issues and offered options that would cost us less versus spending much more money on fixes that may not be beneficial or necessary. We appreciate all the help, great experience!
I found mold in our basement from an old leak that we thought we’d dried everything out. I was wrong. I found so much mold in that entire area. Flood Co. came out and helped me in the clean up process. Daryl went out of his way to come and help us. He was an expert of the details of removing and repair, even the details of making sure our air was clean for our family and the mold didn’t spread. He was so helpful and came quick when we called. Now I know to call them first when we have water issues to prevent further problems with mold. Highly recommend this company!
While I didnt end up using their services, I still wanted to say how I appreciate their willingness to help us. We live in a rural area and couldn't find anyone willing to come out to our house to clean up a sewer backup problem. These guys were willing to make the drive, to help us out of a bad situation. We did find someone closer to our area, but the flood co still deserves a shout out!
