The Flood Co is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. They took time out of their day to help me understand a home inspection even though I ended up not needing their business. Great people and incredibly helpful!

Blake and the team at the Flood Company provided me and my wife with outstanding and remarkably thorough and immediate attention to an incident in which a broken water tank had resulted in water damage in our house. They were on the job immediately, calmly assessed the situation, provided an explanation of what had occurred, and developed a detailed action plan that they began to implement the next day ... and that solved our problem quicker than we could have anticipated. They provided peace of mind for what could have been a very difficult situation. They are also very cost effective. While we obviously hope we won't need to use the Flood Company again, if we ever have another similar problem, they'd be the only firm we'd call. In short, we can't recommend them enough to anyone who needs assistance with the assessment and/or remediation of water damage.

The Flood Co. saved our bacon today! Our sewer backed up into our basement, every room was effected. Memo, Chris and the crew came in and quickly began the clean up and removal process. They have been professional and courteous, in all ways, including; making sure to protect the flooring and walls leading to the exterior of the home, keeping us in the loop as their work progressed throughout the day and explaining how to proceed with the claim process. Their team was very friendly and patient. We couldn't have asked for a better crew to help us through this trying time.

We got home Sunday afternoon from a 3 day, beautiful , peaceful camping trip, opened the door to a big whoosh of steam… a flooded basement, saturated walls and dripping ceilings. So helpful! Our hose to our washing machine burst and water flooded the room below our laundry room...in our new home. It ran down the walls and went through the floor vents. This company came right out and helped. A few days later, after the hose was replaced, we ran the washer again and for another reason, it leaked again. They brought their fans right back out and dried out the room again. Great to work with!

Flood Co was absolutely amazing. We had our basement flood from our pipes backing up, it was terrible. I called them like they were 911 and they were here to check it out just as fast! They made us feel heard, and explained everything they had to do in detail. Very calming and reassuring when you are stressed and worried about what you will have to deal with. We ended up needing flood cuts through half the basement, new carpet and basically a new bathroom, not a short job! It went by so quickly though and we felt very comfortable with everyone that was here to help. So greatful for them and would absolutely recommend! Hopefully we don't have to deal with this situation again but they would be the first and only call.

As an extremely detailed person who has experienced a major mold issue a few years ago, I can’t say enough about The Flood Co. Christian, the mitigation manager, came to the house, explained step-by-step mitigation process plus how he checks his guys work, what I should expect from other companies, etc. I had 3 other companies come out. None of the estimators were as detailed and thorough as Christian. then he brought up hiring mitigation companies for home buying here in Utah. What a brilliant idea!!! If only we would have done that in a previous purchase. Would’ve saved tens of thousands of dollars. I will definitely reach out to The Flood Co first next time I’m dealing with water damage. And I’ll be sure to work with Christian!

On the day of remediation, Chris & Manny (enjoy breakfast!) did a fantastic job. They were polite, professional & effective. I have water damage and mold in my basement kitchen and The Flood Company has been so wonderful to work with on the repairs! I live in Heber and it can be difficult to find companies willing to drive up here. Christian came out to do the inspection and even made sure to meet with our insurance adjuster. Chris has been our technician and has done such a great job! He meticulously organized all of the hardware from the cabinets he had to remove so that we'll be able to easily reinstall them when the time comes. He has been so friendly and explained everything he's done along the way!
