I discovered water in my basement after heavy rainfall and called The Flood Co. They responded quickly and came out the same day to assess and provide an estimate. The next morning, Memo and his crew showed up and took care off everything: removed remaining water, cleaned up the mess, carefully removed damaged woodwork and drywall and set up drying and dehumidifying equipment. They left my home in great shape. Communication and expectations were clear throughout the process and the work was done to my satisfaction. Highly recommend.

I woke up to my basement being flooded due to a hose being left on overnight and called ASAP. I had meant to call another company but called the Flood Co by mistake. It was a great mistake! we had chris come after we had a water line break and he was awesome. he talked us through everything, then he removed all the damaged material and put up dehumidifier’s and fans and got us all taken care of at 1:00 in the morning
